Darby Carr from McLean Virginia attended the League of Municipalities Conference in Atlantic City where she picked up an invitation to enter the contest from Robb Willis. “I can’t believe I won a television set. My family is going to be thrilled.”
Our grand winner is Scott Schenker from Smart Associates in New York, New York. “I’m headed somewhere warm with this prize,” said Schenker. Scott won an all expenses paid vacation for two provided by Travel Leaders. Valued at up to $1,000, Scott has a lot of sunny options for February travel.

Dec. 16, 2009 - New Name Reflects Growth Pattern of AVR Resource Group
AVR Resource Group announced November 15th that they have changed their name from AVR Resource Group to TrashPro, Your Trusted Trash Professionals.
Robert Willis, TrashPro President, explains the name change, “Our business has been steadily growing over the last few years and I felt it was time that our name more accurately reflect our function in the industry.”
TrashPro, formerly AVR Resource Group, was founded in 2001 and is privately held. The Company is located in Mount Laurel, NJ. TrashPro is a solid-waste and recycling consulting business that helps multi-family housing management and municipal leaders efficiently manage their waste services.
TrashPro currently handles over 600 properties with over 125,000 multi-family housing units. In addition to working with multi-family housing management and owners, TrashPro advises over 57 municipalities and counsels a variety of lawmakers and courts on the specifics of the waste management business.
